Why is the “Start” button dimmed and not responding?

Please check the connection between your mobile device and the iHealth Blood Pressure Monitor. Exit the app and reconnect the iHealth Blood Pressure Monitor, then re-launch the app.

My blood pressure measurement reading does not seem to be accurate.
